Consider/Approve Amendment to Director's Contract – System of Evaluation

Background Information:

Based on prior discussions and requests of the Board, the Director and Chairman of the Board, meeting in executive committee, have mutually agreed to amend the performance evaluation instrument. Upon approval of the attached resolution, the attached performance evaluation instrument will become effective.

Staff Recommendation:

The Director’s contract, along with the system of evaluation, is solely within the discretion of the Board.
